This Party of Five has a Party for Two!

Since Caitlyn's 4th birthday last year went over so well at Huber's we decided to give it a try again this year. The weather was perfect, almost a little too warm in our layered clothing, but a great sun-filled day to say the least. We are so fortunate to have such a big, wonderful family who joined us in celebrating Caitlyn's 5th and Abby's 2nd birthdays. We enjoyed a great lunch of a batch of regular and chicken chili, followed by an assortment of sweet treats. My only complaint would be that we visited a little too late in October. The crowd was huge, so much so that we didn't venture into the pumpkin patch or anywhere else for that matter. Huber's has always been such a great family tradition, but I think I'll savor it's joy next year the first weekend in October and not centered around any celebrations other than the beauty of fall! Get ready for a lot of pictures, but again, we are so grateful to have these snapshots of a wonderful time spent with our family!

The Invitation, which I bought last year when I ordered Abby's First Birthday invitations. What can I say, I'm a planner!

Hi, it's my Birthday Party and I love these balloons!!

Beautiful Miss Caitlyn

A serious talk about how to pick the best pumpkin....next week when we go back earlier in the day before it gets too crowded!

So hard to resist her!

Abby and Aunt Nancy, and I think she's thinking about how to get back to the ducks without anyone noticing, Abby that is, not Nancy!

What Nana's are best for...providing the Dr. Pepper!

Poppy and Uncle Tom

Nana and Papa

Aiden's attempt of a tackle of Nicholas!

Love this picture of Meghan and Abby, I wonder what Meghan is teaching her, but it might be the other way around. My I-phone has proven to be quite entertaining to her, so much so that she tries to scroll through any pictures she sees on the computer screen.

Who really needs the cookie, I'm just here for the icing!

IT'S THE TAYLOR SWIFT DOLL!!!!!!! Thanks Granny!

  1. Hello, I read your blog from time to time because I am friends with Ashley and Andy. I was wondering how you made the girls shirts? are they pillow cases? I have done the dress before but not shirts. Just wondering because they are super cute!
