On our last night at the park we raced over to Epcot for a fantastic dinner at the Coral Reef Restaurant. The food was amazing, I know this because even the kids plates were wiped clean! We loved being entertained by the aquarium full of sharks, sting rays, turtles and other fish. The plan was to finish dinner and then enjoy the light show, but much to our surprise mother nature wanted to show us her version, with heavy rain, wind, and amazing lightning. Wasn't what we had planned but made the evening memorable!
